Page Aiken

Page Aiken specializes in Coastal Georgia luxury homes with a focus on St. Simons and Sea Island and the spectacular lifestyle that both have to offer. Page grew up living on Sea Island and St. Simons and is a seventh-generation native. He earned his degree in International Business from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia and has extensive international real estate experience - ideal for utilizing today's regional and worldwide marketing platforms.

Mark Bedner

Mark Bedner has an extensive background in both banking and real estate finance and development. His banking career began with Citicorp's International Banking Group in the Bank's Middle East/N. Africa division based in Dubai and concluded with the successful sale of The Merchant Bank of Atlanta where he was a co-founder, Chairman and CEO.

On retirement from banking Bedner relocated to the Georgia Coast and became a development partner in Barnes Plantation and Ocean Walk Condominiums and later as a senior financial advisor with Morgan Stanley, Synovus Wealth Mgmt. and Atlanta Capital Group.

He has had an equally storied public service career serving as Chairman of the Glynn County Board of Commissioners, Vice Chairman of the Southeast Georgia Health Systems and Trustee of the Community Foundation of Coastal Georgia. He is a two decade resident of St Simons Island, GA

Nick Eller

Nick Eller is a luxury real estate specialist on St. Simons Island and Sea Island.  Nick works closely with Page Aiken and Mark Bedner and the rest of the Aiken Partner's team. Taylor Wildsmith

Taylor Wildsmith has been a lifelong resident of the Golden Isles, and has enjoyed watching the community expand and develop over the years. With his father being a prominent builder in the area, Taylor was exposed to construction and real estate at a young age allowing his interest in the industry to grow tremendously over time. Taylor's focus in luxury coastal homes in Brunswick and St. Simons Island, combined with his extensive knowledge of the coastal Georgia area, makes him a trusted advisor when looking to buy or sell property in the beautiful Golden Isles.

When Taylor is not busy closing deals and researching the market, he is an avid golfer. He is a member at Brunswick Country Club where he enjoys casually golfing with friends, and also competing in tournaments all throughout the year.

 

Wyatt Ligon

Wyatt Ligon has been a lifelong resident of southeast Georgia, and he has enjoyed watching the Golden Isles develop over the years. While working at his father's law firm during high school, Wyatt discovered his interest in the real estate industry. After graduation, he obtained his Georgia Real Estate Sales license.  

Since entering the industry in 2021, Wyatt has gained a wide range of experience, including the sale of timber and farmland tracts. His familiarity with the legalities and procedures involved in buying and selling equips him to search out the best solutions for his clients. His hard work and commitment to service have earned him a reputation as a reliable real estate advisor.

Page Aiken leads a team of coastal realtors with a focus on St. Simons, Sea Island, and Coastal Georgia luxury homes. Page grew up on St. Simons and Sea Island and graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business, 84'. Page began his real estate career in 1987 in Atlanta, Georgia, and has enjoyed practicing residential and commercial brokerage in Atlanta, Moscow, and St. Petersburg Russia. After several years of building an industry-leading brokerage in Russia, Page returned to Atlanta where he, in addition to his brokerage activities, developed over 200,000 SF of mixed-use space in the NE Atlanta market.

Page Aiken is a seventh-generation native of St. Simons Island and is considered a coastal market expert by his peers. His market intelligence is a result of developing and maintaining a proprietary database tracking ownership and property information.
